Short .ie domains are available now
Following a six month staged release process that allowed trademark holders and other entities to make priority applications, one and two letter .ie domain names are now available for general registration subject to the same rules as for all other .ie domains.
One and two letter domains are generally considered valuable real-estate with some .ie domains already reaching close to €10,000 at auction during the release process.
