Before contacting Irish Domains Support directly, please check the Knowledgebase thoroughly for a solution to your problem. Most support issues can be resolved quickly and simply using information on this site.
Support issues should be submitted via our Ticketing System or by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. This is the official support point for any service related issue, tickets will be responded to within one working day.
Phone based Technical Support is available by phone on +353 1 850 7020 during normal business hours. Please bear in mind that you may have to wait for a support engineer to become free in order to take your call, so seeking a resolution using our knowledge base or support ticketing system is usually faster.
Out of Hours Support
Normal Out-of-hours support requests may be sent via email to email@example.com or may be submitted via the on-line ticketing system. For emergency outage assistance out-of-hours, please email firstname.lastname@example.org (restricted to emergency technical issues where your website, VPS or server is completely unavailable, response time 4 hours).
